In collaboration with WAPDA, CDigital implemented a sophisticated flood forecasting and weather monitoring system featuring dataloggers, solar power units, ultrasonic river sensors, turbidity gauges, and multi-parameter weather stations. The system was powered by customized discharge prediction software and a 24-month satellite data package. These measures enhanced flood forecasting accuracy, reduced disaster response time, and significantly improved water resource management. Thus, helping authorities take proactive measures against floods.

The system greatly enhanced Pakistan’s flood preparedness—enabling data-driven risk assessments, better decision-making, and timely alerts. It safeguarded communities by improving early warning accuracy, optimizing emergency response strategies and ultimately protecting their lives and infrastructure.
